- Email address — used to create and identify your account
- Webhook payloads — alert data sent to your endpoints, stored temporarily for delivery and logs
- Destination credentials — bot tokens, webhook URLs, and keys you provide to configure delivery
- Usage data — alert counts, delivery status, and filter activity
- Subscription data — plan status and billing history, handled by Lemon Squeezy
2. How We Use Your Information
- To operate and deliver the Service
- To authenticate your account and maintain your session
- To process payments and manage your subscription
- To display alert history and analytics in your dashboard
- To send transactional emails (account-related only — no marketing without consent)
3. Third-Party Services
AlertsFlow uses the following third-party services that may process your data:
- Supabase — database and authentication (data stored in EU region)
- Lemon Squeezy — payment processing and subscription management
- Telegram / Discord / Pushover — alert delivery to destinations you configure
We do not sell your data to any third party.
4. Data Retention
Alert logs are retained for 30 days by default. Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your data is permanently removed within 30 days.
5. Security
We use industry-standard practices to protect your data, including encrypted storage and HTTPS for all connections. Destination credentials are stored encrypted. However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and data
- Export your data
