By accessing or using AlertsFlow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
AlertsFlow is a webhook routing platform that receives TradingView alerts and forwards them to destinations such as Telegram, Discord, Pushover, and custom webhooks. The Service includes filtering, scheduling, and delivery features.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
AlertsFlow offers a 7-day free trial. After the trial period, continued use requires a paid subscription. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
You agree not to use the Service to send spam, illegal content, or content that violates third-party terms of service (including TradingView, Telegram, or Discord). You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or disrupt the Service.
We aim to keep AlertsFlow available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime, delayed alert delivery, or missed signals.
AlertsFlow is a technical routing tool and does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. We are not liable for any financial losses resulting from your use of the Service.
All content, branding, and code within AlertsFlow are the property of AlertsFlow and its operators. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlertsFlow and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or data loss.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Israel.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
